Facial contouring (cheekbones, square jaw) day 5

Finally escaped the pain! -_ Last night, I slept for more than 3 hours for the first time! In the morning, the inside of my mouth and my cheeks are swollen, so it feels stiff and hard, but I don’t think I’ll wake up from pain at night anymore. Now that that pain is gone, I can live a little. The swelling has also gone down a lot compared with my old face! That doesn’t mean I look human yet, though... I think about 30% of all the swelling that needs to go down has gone down. The cheek area and jaw contour are swollen, puffy, and reddish, and the cheekbone area has swelling that feels soft when pressed. I’m diligently using mouthwash and the compression band- and I’m taking all my medicine without missing any. And! Yay, from today I started eating porridge~ Finally... rice grains have entered my stomach... After eating juice, milk, and things like that for days, once rice grains went in, now this stomach of mine is going wild lol asking for more rice.. -_-;;;;;;; Ah.. how am I supposed to handle this...;;; My mouth doesn’t open super wide, but still, 2 fingers go in easily... and the sensitivity in my front teeth got better too. The numbness in my cheekbones and jaw hasn’t come back yet. Now the task left for me seems to be patience. Since the surgery, I haven’t gone outside even once.. because I’m worried I might get hurt if I go out. My whole body feels stiff and tired.. To go outside, I should probably stay home for about another week and let the swelling go down, right -_-? Sob... When will all this swelling go away............ Tomorrow I’m taking off the compression band and going to get the stitches next to my ears removed~ I’m excited~ I really feel proud of myself for somehow enduring that painful surgery and making it this far Everyone recovering from surgery, stay strong~ And for someone like me who is stuck at home and goes back and forth to this community all day, please write lots of reviews!!! p.s.
