People often say that when removing implants, they secured it with ear cartilage so the nose wouldn't lift up. But I'm really curious what that means. Is there anyone who can explain it? Does it mean they did a rotation graft with ear cartilage, or that they did an extension graft to the nasal septum with ear cartilage, or did they just place it over the tip? I'm not sure. And can anyone explain what it means when they say at ㅍㄹㅁ that they use a small piece of the existing septum or use ear cartilage? It would become hard and uncomfortable, right? My daily life has fallen apart because of nose removal, and my anxiety is at its max...
