After rhinoplasty, every winter I felt like my nose was pulling, and I found out that was a side effect from the rhinoplasty silicone It was a bit shocking, but what's done is done, so I'm planning to remove the silicone and I'm looking into rhinoplasty revision clinics. For now, I'm planning to visit several clinics in person, but I'm wondering whether to only do a total removal or remove the silicone and have revision surgery with another implant I made consultation reservations at Avec, Prima, and Chamin because I heard they diagnose inflammatory reactions and silicone side-effect issues well. Also, these days a lot of rhinoplasty revisions are done without implants, so after removal, can surgery be done without implants too? There aren't specific conditions for being able to do implant-free surgery, are there?
