Sometime next year, I’m planning to have revision surgery without an implant, remove the silicone, and remove the donated costal cartilage used for septal extension. The reasons are that, cosmetically, the area between my eyebrows and nose looks high so it makes me look masculine, and I feel like the airway on the right side has become slightly narrower If anyone here knows any reviews, please share anything
