If there’s anyone here who raised the nasal tip and lowered the columella using donated costal cartilage and auricular cartilage, and is considering removal or has had removal, please help me I think I saw a few posts while browsing saying donated costal cartilage is difficult to remove. If it’s difficult, what exactly makes it difficult and why? Also, I have a small nose. They said I’m a case with not much space inside my nose. For cases like this, what points would be good to emphasize when having removal
