I’ve had five nose surgeries, the last one being septal cartilage removal ten years ago. Even after removal, the columella is deviated, and because of saddle nose and nostril asymmetry, the shape keeps changing, so I’m stressed. I’m going around to several hospitals in Seoul from the provinces, and I’m wondering how it would be to reconstruct it again with costal cartilage. Sigh, I want to have surgery safely, but I don’t know what the right answer is.. I’m in my mid-30s, and living like this is... Anyway, my nose definitely isn’t normal. Finding a hospital isn’t easy either
