Just as the title says I had surgery for septal deviation, and I regret not doing cosmetic surgery at the same time So I even tried fillers and thread placement, tried it all, but in the end I couldn’t satisfy myself and ended up coming back, so I’m wondering—would it still be okay to do a rhinoplasty now?
