My nose turned out more like a Pinocchio nose and semi-ski-slope nose than I expected. I told them I didn’t want the tip to be pointy or flashy, but they made it pointy and high. Since donated costal cartilage was used, I don’t think the tip will come down nicely and round out either. I think it would be good if just the nasal tip could be lowered a bit and made rounder. Has anyone had early correction just for the nasal tip? I’m only on day 9. I’m seeing the director tomorrow, so I’m looking into it because I’m planning to bring it up
