If I remove everything, can I go back to a life where, like before surgery, I can pick my nose, rub it, and bump it, and it will just hurt and that is all, without worrying that the shape of my nose might change? Or even if I remove everything, because cartilage repositioning has to be done, will it not be as comfortable as before surgery? I want to blow my nose hard, squeeze out sebum, make a pig nose, and touch my nose when it is soft and squishy. Have I already crossed a river I cannot come back from?
