Hello, I'm considering complete removal of the nasal tip, and I was wondering if anyone whose original nose was naturally long and droopy, like an arrow nose, experienced more drooping than before surgery after removing the entire nasal tip I mean when even the nasal tip support strut was removed. I would be truly grateful if anyone with experience could help
