I had a bulbous nose that wasn’t pinched at all, but my nose was too high, making me look masculine, and my nasal septum was uncomfortable, so I had it removed. I’m on day 7 now, and with the swelling being severe right now, seeing lines on both sides of the nasal ala like that, isn’t that a pinched nose? Also my nostrils are uneven and the columella seems crooked. I’m thinking I won’t worry about that unless it causes problems in life, but even considering the swelling, does it look pinched? Is it because too much tissue was removed? ㅠㅠ I’m anxious The last photo is my original nose
