I had consultations at three places, Pㄹㅁ, Sㅇ, and Sㅅㅇ, and I’m deciding between Sㅅㅇ and Sㅇ. Original nose: no columella, rounded nasal tip. Operated nose: 25 mm silicone, donated costal cartilage strut, ear cartilage at the nasal tip. Sㅅㅇ said that because my original nose had no columella, if I remove everything, the chance of the columella retracting further is higher than for other people, so they recommended leaving the nasal tip. Sㅇ said complete removal is possible, but the surgical difficulty is moderate; they also said they don’t know for sure whether it will return to my original nose.
