I had nose surgery last summer, so it's been about 1 year and 3 months. Silicone and ear cartilage were used. But it ended up too high, so it doesn't suit my image, and the nasal tip is too pointy When I take a side-profile photo, only my nose sticks out compared with my forehead, so it looks really strange haha. Inside my nose, there is also something white protruding, and I don't know if it's scar tissue. I thought cartilage might be sticking out, so I asked, but the doctor said there is absolutely no way it would protrude, though I can't trust that. The columella area moves with a click if I gently touch it from the side. Hmm, it doesn't hurt, but the feeling...
