The clinic where I had it done said they would restore the nasal tip by filling the area where fat had been removed for nasal tip bulbous nose correction with AlloDerm. The problem is that because of the osteotomy and nasal bridge splitting, my nose became excessively slim. They said there’s nothing that can be done about the osteotomy area, but once the silicone is removed, it probably won’t be very noticeable. The cost is free. At Clinic A, they talked about osteotomy restoration and repositioning and fixing the cartilage using ear cartilage, and the cost is 5.5 million won. They said the goal is to return as much as possible to my original nose, but they couldn’t answer what percentage it would return. At Clinic B, after total removal, they would use autologous dermis for all the nasal tip volume…
