4 years ago, I had surgery using donated costal cartilage at a clinic around Gangnam, ㅍㄹㅁㅇ, and 6 months later I showed symptoms of deviation, so at the hospital where I had the surgery, they removed the implant and only raised the nasal tip, but the nasal tip shows through, so I'm considering a third-plus revision surgery..
I live outside Seoul, so I couldn't do in-person legwork, and after spending all day researching online, what I want is a straight-to-slightly-curved bridge, natural but glamorous! Out of 5 to 7 places, I narrowed it down to two clinics, OM and Item, and went for consultations.
For OM, I booked the consultation last September, and finally on April 3 this year... I went all the way to Seoul for the consultationㅠ_ㅠ An expedition*____* Maybe because it was a weekday, there weren't as many people as I expected, and the consultation wait wasn't long, so I liked that it moved quickly! Finally, I met the famous director Oh Min. He didn't give a long explanation, but pinpointed only the parts I needed and explained them, with no overtreatment, and it had an atmosphere like... just trust and follow me(?) haha. But as expected, the surgery cost I had anticipated! Hearing it in person........ gasp.... Still, with the thought that there will be no more third-plus revisions, I put down a deposit... (an amount close to almost 10 million won)
Second was Item! It hasn't been around as long as OM, but! the reviews were so, so much the style I wanted that I knew I absolutely had to go. The reservation time was 3, but even though I arrived at 2, the consultation wait time wasn't long, and right after that I had a consultation with Director Baek Joo-myeong. Looking at the CT scan, he checked in detail the areas that were lacking and the areas that needed reinforcement(?), and calmly explained while even drawing pictures, with no overtreatment at all! The consultation was really the best! I put down a deposit too^_^
Both places have the same surgical method (revision surgery, autologous costal cartilage, septal cartilage, autologous dermis to prevent the nasal tip from showing through).
But the directors are both so good... their medical techniques... where on earth should I do it.. I'm agonizing tens of thousands, hundreds of millions of times a dayㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ If I give up OM, there's the 7-month wait and the director's experience.. reputation. If I give up Item, there's the cost difference compared with OM.. design, etc...
