I saw a post saying their nostril shape changed a few years after alar reduction, and I’m curious whether cases like this are common. If it changes, how does the nostril shape change? I had paranasal augmentation, cat nasolabial angle surgery, and alar reduction while getting nose surgery, and I’m worried that when everything is removed, my nostril size might get smaller. Among those who had alar reduction and then total removal, how was your nostril size? Will the nostril size get a bit bigger over time? It’s been a little over 3 months since surgery. I can’t breathe freely
