I know the nasal tip looks upturned when the splint is removed after surgery, but how much does it come down? I think it’s good to take photos right after surgery before swelling starts. You can roughly see the final result. Because even just a few hours after surgery, it swells up a lot. And there’s less difficult time spent worrying about the result after the splint is removed.
