During bulbous nose surgery, I had ear cartilage placed in the nasal tip, but as it gradually got absorbed, did my nose get bigger? Lately it somehow feels like my nasal alae have gotten bigger, and my nose looks more upturned. When I went for a consultation, they said they would use ear cartilage and allogeneic dermis in the nasal tip. I looked up allogeneic dermis, and is this the same as AlloDerm? I have no intention of doing the nasal bridge at all, and the director also said it could make my face look longer, so he told me to do only the nasal tip. I think it would be enough if only the nasal tip became a bit slimmer and the lifted nasal tip came down a little. Has anyone here tried allogeneic dermis?
