Two years ago, I only had the cartilage at my nasal tip tied, but it feels like it has drooped and become longer, so I’m planning to get revision surgery. After going around for consultations, I liked two places, but I can’t decide ㅠ
Clinic 1 - I trust them because another procedure I had there before turned out well - They would use the septal cartilage to build support for the nasal tip column - They said it is not a difficult surgery - In reviews and the photos the clinic showed me, the nasal tip shape completely matches the direction I want - They don’t do review events, but the app reviews and community reviews are good
I like everything about this place, but I don’t like the idea of using my septal cartilage, so that bothers me a bit. I’ve heard that the septum is not something you should touch, so even for my first surgery, I only had cartilage manipulation done..
Clinic 2 - A clinic known for nasal implant removal and revision surgery - They can shorten the nasal tip through cartilage manipulation without using septal cartilage - There are no reviews or photos shown by the clinic, but they understood exactly the direction I want and said improvement is possible - I can see a few negative evaluations of the clinic in the community clinic reviews
The consultation here was okay too, but the lack of reviews really bothers meㅠㅠ I only see a lot of posts saying people had it done, but there are no actual photos. There were a few older reviews still left, and the nasal tip shape was the kind I want! But then when I look at the community clinic evaluations, I also see posts saying they ruined it..
Which of the two would be better..?
