Why do they remove the nasal septum during surgery? If you want to correct a crooked nose, do you have to remove the septum? In the past, I had surgery just to raise the nasal tip, but the shape was almost the same as before, so some people didn’t notice, and I like natural results too, so that was fine. But I originally had asymmetry, and during my first surgery they corrected the pressure/axis and only placed cartilage on top. My nose is a bit asymmetric, so while getting revision surgery, I also want to raise the area between my eyebrows a little. Do I have to remove the septum?
