<Current nose condition> I had silicone contracture gradually developing, so I had revision rhinoplasty with donated dermis + reused ear cartilage. Because I had a short nose, they also slightly lengthened my nose using the septum~
My skin is on the thicker side, so I didn't have high expectations for it to come out slim, and I just hoped the upturned-nose look would improve. At first, it looked natural and good. But the dermis is absorbing too muchㅠ
Maybe because there was stretched skin where the silicone had been, after the dermis got absorbed, expression wrinkles appeared on the nasal dorsumㅠ
I went back for a follow-up consultation after a year and a half, and the director acknowledged that a lot of the dermis had been absorbed. They said I could try filler or things like that, but the best method would be to add a bit more donated dermis and raise the height. They said they'd do the A/S for about the cost of materials.. If I end up having surgery, I asked whether they could make the nasal tip a little slimmer while they're at it, and they said they'd harvest a bit more ear cartilage and correct it.
The consultant told me the price: materials + anesthesia + nasal tip correction, including VAT, for 1 million won. Does the price seem okay?
