Of course, everyone has the style and shape they want, but since it’s reconstruction, I think it’s better not to be greedy and to minimize the materials. When I had revision surgery 3 years ago, I picked a clinic that minimized the materials, and now when I look at the natural shape, not flashy x, I really think I did well not being too greedy back then
