My original nose is low and short, and the nose itself is very small. But I had surgery with silicone and septal cartilage, and after living with it for about a year and a half, something started protruding through the mucous membrane. When I visited the surgical hospital, they said it was mesh. Because I feel anxious, I want total removal, but since I have a short nose and septal cartilage was also harvested, I’m worried that if I do total removal, I might get a saddle nose.
