I’ve had incisions on both the left and right sides before, so when removing it and building a support strut at the nasal tip, they’re suggesting using ear cartilage, but I don’t know if any is left. Is there a case where ear cartilage remains even after incisions on both sides? Even when I look it up, I can’t tell exactly which part of the ear cartilage is used, so I really have no sense of it
