During my first surgery, I had silicone used and even had my hump shaved down, but nothing improved at all. They only pulled the nasal tip long and forward, so I looked older than before and it was stressful. I still have the splint on, but just from seeing the nasal tip, I really like how sharply it’s lifted.
My surgery was at 10 lol. The doctor said it would take about an hour and a half, but when it was over, it was 1 o’clock, so I was a bit surprised. It’s not like I even used autologous costal cartilage lol. Before surgery, I told the doctor, “Please pour your soul into the surgery!!” lololol. They burst out laughing lol.
Even with nasal packing in, breathing is easier than I expected, but my throat is so dry, so I’m going to go destroy an iced Americano!!

The response was way better than I expected, so I’m uploading one more photo taken with the basic camera! During my first surgery, they made my columella long (my original nose was also long), so I was really stressed, but before surgery I even brought photos of what I wanted and asked them to make the columella shorter, and I think they reflected it well hehe
