After hump refinement and nasal tip septal extension, the result was that the hump was still there, but the nasal tip became excessively high and large, so I ended up with a bulbous hump nose. It was originally a bulbous nose, but since only the tip was raised without any other manipulation, it looks like even more of a bulbous nose For now, the foreign-body sensation from the septal extension, hardness, cartilage showing through inside the nose, nasal tip deviation, and dissatisfaction with the shape are the biggest reasons I want removal. I also have a lot of psychological anxiety that the septum may weaken more over time because of the nasal tip extension hanging from the septum, so I definitely want the nasal tip removed. I’m considering revision surgery with another material...
