Are there people with a deviated nasal septum who have no problems at all? What kinds of problems can occur if the nasal septum is deviated? Also, in cases like contracted nose or columellar retraction, I heard it improves a lot if you have surgery to straighten and extend the septal support again, but there is also a chance it could deviate again or curl, right?
