My nasal bridge was originally high, but while exercising I bumped into something and the bridge of my nose completely collapsed. So it didn’t look good aesthetically, and my rhinitis got worse, so I vaguely went ahead with functional nose surgery outside Seoul. I think they shaved down the hump a little and placed a thin layer of Gore-Tex. If I remove this and have revision surgery, would an implant be better, or would donated costal cartilage be better?
