It seems impossible to go back to your old nose after rhinoplasty. After rhinoplasty, show-through started, so I asked the hospital to remove it, but they said they couldn’t remove it completely They left the silicone in the nasal bridge and left AlloDerm in the nasal tip, but nasal tip upturning started. In the end, I’m looking into autologous costal cartilage for the entire nasal bridge and nasal tip It’s stressful
