About 7 years ago, when I had surgery for a hump nose, I had the nasal bridge and nasal tip operated on with silicone and septal cartilage. Would removal be possible? Seeing that the columella area is hard, I think I may have had septal extension too, and I feel like I’ve seen posts saying that if you even had septal extension, removing it won’t let you return to your original nose I’m wondering if anyone with a case similar to mine has had removal. My nose is too high, I also hate that it’s hard, and I’m worried, so I’d rather go back to my original nose.
