I had hump osteotomy, correction of a crooked nose, and a septal support graft without an implant. Right now my nasal tip is too pointy and hard, the cartilage is showing through, and as in the photo, my nasal bridge is bumpy I was going to remove the septal support graft because of the pointiness, but I was told that because my nose before surgery was a long nose, there is a high possibility it will droop, so it would be better to leave a little of the support graft, right? But the problem is that bumpy nasal bridge.
