I am 5 years post-op from nose surgery, and because of pain, I am considering removing the silicone and cartilage. For now, I think I will do it at one of these 3 places: ㅍㄹㅁ, ㅁㅅㅇ, and ㅅㅅㅇ. 1 ㅍㄹㅁ said closed approach removal of silicone and ear cartilage at the nasal tip would be 2.5 million won, and they said to leave the ear cartilage strut. I also asked about leaving the nasal tip, but they said reshaping it a little with the ear cartilage currently inside my nose would not make a big difference, but they can do it, and even then the price is 2.5 million won.
