Review After Consultations at the Top 3!

I’ve had my nose done three times. For the first surgery, I did it with a closed approach using ear cartilage and silicone, naturally, but I had a bulbous nose and wasn’t satisfied. For the second one, with an open approach, I had bulbous nose correction, alar base reduction, silicone, septal extension, and the nasal tip with ear cartilage. It was overcorrected too much and became like a witch nose, and since it was my first open surgery, I started to be very bothered by the scars on the outer alar reduction area and the columella, and the nose itself didn’t harmonize with my face. It looked exactly like an obviously operated nose to anyone, and that was the problem and the source of stress, so after filling exactly 6 months, I originally planned to have everything removed.
