My natural nasal tip was slightly upturned, but after removal my nose looks like it has dropped, so I’m posting photos… I definitely showed photos of my natural nose, and I clearly said my goal was my natural nose, but I’m suspicious that they made it like my first surgery nose (last photo). 1 week after surgery, only the silicone was removed (4th photo) The silicone happened to be crooked, and lowering the height by 1-1.5 mm didn’t seem to have much of a lowering effect. I wanted everything removed, but they said they couldn’t touch the nasal tip right away and suggested watching it for now, so I waited
2 weeks after surgery, both the septal cartilage and ear cartilage at the nasal tip were removed (photos 2 and 3)
