Because of the ear cartilage and septal cartilage in my nasal tip, plus the cartilage inserted between the nasal bridge and nasal tip due to the nasal tip height, my nose is implant-free but packed full of cartilage. Can all of it be removed? What is the likelihood of returning to my previous nose? Also, between early removal and having removal surgery after 6 months, which is safer and better?
