It’s been about a year and a half since my nose surgery, but suddenly I developed tightness and a pulling sensation in my nose. It’s driving me crazy. I don’t think there’s redness, smell, or inflammation, but is there anyone like me? I don’t even know if it’s contracture, and every day is miserable. I’m only taking painkillers. The nasal tip feels extremely tight
