After removal, do any of you have problems such as cartilage still being left because the removal was not clean, or a lot of scar tissue inside the noseㅠㅠ I definitely want to do it with the closed approachㅠㅠ At the hospital I visited today, they said that because autologous cartilage is already adherent in some places and cannot be visually removed while watching directly, it is difficult to remove the nasal tip completely with the closed approach. That left me feeling unsettled. As of today I have visited a total of five clinics: 3 said closed approach is possible, 1 said definitely open, and 1 said try closed first and if needed switch to open in the middle...
