From the beginning, I didn’t actually plan to get my nose done. I have midface flattening, so I want to get the Noblecat surgery, but I also have a short nose and a slightly upturned nose from the start, so I’m wondering whether I should just do the tip as well. I honestly don’t have much ambition for my nose, and since Noblecat could make it look too lifted, I’m thinking of doing just a small amount without an implant, but would there be side effects? I’m worried because I heard that if you get nose surgery, side effects are basically inevitable. If anyone has a similar experience, please reply
