Hello, it has been 50 days since my 4th surgery was botched. I want to remove everything, but they say my nose will become upturned and collapse. I want to lower both the nasal bridge and nasal tip, and I hope the nostrils that have been lifted into a triangular shape would come down a bit too. I want to go back to how I looked after my first surgery, which was a closed approach with simple silicone and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. At ㅍㄹㅁ, they said if I bring photos from that time, they would try to make it look similar through partial removal, lowering the support strut, partial removal of nasal tip cartilage, and replacing the silicone with MegaDerm.
