As the title says, I’m thinking of having total nose implant/graft removal. For my original nose surgery, silicone was used on the bridge and autologous costal cartilage was used for the nasal tip. It’s been about 1 year since the surgery, and I want total removal. Would it be better to do it at the clinic where I originally had it done, or at a clinic specializing in nose removal?ㅠㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
