I went around for consultations yesterday too, and I heard that the breathing issue and columella deviation are from extension. No one anywhere had told me what it seemed to be blocked by, but after hearing it, I felt kind of relieved. I don’t think I’ll have surgery at the place I consulted yesterday, but after going there I keep wavering, wondering if I should have had surgery at the place I originally booked.
