My nose has moderate contracture, and after consultation, ㄱㅇㅅ said that because of the contracture, it would be difficult to lower the nasal tip with removal alone, so they suggested revision surgery using ear cartilage to lower the tip. I said I wanted removal because the upturned nasal bridge was stressing me out. Since I wanted complete removal, ㅅㅇ said they would do it, but their opinion was that my nasal tip probably wouldn’t come down as much as other people’s, though complete removal is possible. ㅁㅅㅇ said that as a doctor, they don’t recommend complete removal, but if I want it, they can do complete removal only. But they told me not to resent them for the result…
