They said they put in 5 mm silicone, but my nasal tip is so high that the nasal bridge looks relatively low. My nose sticks out like a beak. They used septal cartilage and donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip, but will it come down? It has only been 2 weeks now. I want early removal, but because it is peak season, it is not easy to get an appointment. Is this looking like 6 months
