This is a revision surgery, and since they already used my septal cartilage in the first surgery, I think I’ll need to use ear cartilage for the revision. What hospitals are good at handling ear cartilage? Which ones are good at using it... Among ㄷㄹ(ㅏㅡㅁ), ㅊㅇ(ㅣㅠ), and ㅋㅇ(ㅗㅝㄴ), I feel like ㄷㄹ is the best at using ear cartilage, but does anyone know how ㅊㅇ and ㅋㅇ are? Other hospital recommendations are welcome too. Please exclude ENT hospitals and let me know.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
