If I remove it after 6 months, will the contraction phase come? I used silicone and donated rib cartilage, but I am scared because of side effects, so I am going to remove them. Some people say the nose can become higher than the original nose, but can that really happen if the capsule is not removed? If anyone has had a really good result, please recommend a hospital I already have no columella and a short nose, so I am so scared it might lift up like a contracted nose.
