I had surgery 7 years ago with Medpor, septal cartilage, and silicone. If I remove everything, will there be problems? Anyone who has done it, please share your reviewsㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
