First of all, I’m planning to have removal, and it was my first surgery. Everything was done with autologous costal cartilage: functional nasal valve, inferior turbinate, deviated septum. The nasal bridge was done with autologous costal cartilage particles, and the hump was shaved slightly. I’m dissatisfied both aesthetically and functionally, so I’m planning removal. In my case, my nose has really had a lot of manipulation, and I’m writing because I want to get some information.
