I decided on ㅍㄹㅁ and decided to do full removal. But they said it would be local anesthesia after sedation, and I’m so scared and worried. I’m thinking of doing sedation anesthesia even if I have to pay an extra fee. But on the other hand, I do want to have the surgery while conscious so I can share the current situation with the director during the operation. I have a bit of claustrophobia, so hmm, I’m conflicted. For now, I have Gore-Tex, and as far as I know, the nasal tip has a septal cartilage support and ear cartilage.
