A year ago, I had septal extension, with a septal strut and extension done together. But it’s causing me so much stress that I’m trying to remove it, and right now I’m deciding between removal at ㅅㅇ and ㄱㅇㅅ. ㅅㅇ said they would do complete removal, and that they don’t do septoplasty or reinforcement unless the remaining septum is severed. They also said that since my current nose droops much more than my original nose, even after removal it can occasionally look droopy. ㄱㅇㅅ said that if it’s removed, it will definitely rise compared with my current nose, and there is absolutely no chance it will droop.
