Donated Costal Cartilage for Revision Rhinoplasty?

I’m looking into revision rhinoplasty. Decades ago, I had just one L-shaped silicone implant put in with no particular technique, and I don’t have contracture or inflammation. If 2 directors say it can be sufficiently corrected with septal cartilage, and 6 directors say donated costal cartilage is needed, would donated costal cartilage be the right choice? It’s for nasal tip and short nose correction, but my nasal bridge is naturally high and I’ve never even had filler. Since it’s a revision, the cost is high. If I do the nasal tip with septal cartilage only, would it feel lacking!? I’m worried that if I use donated costal cartilage, the nasal tip will be hard and become too dramatic. Everyone who has had surgery with this kind of concern, please answer~~
